The first interview is a digital interview via HireVue. they will ask you a few questions to see if you're a good fit for the role and BMO culture. If all goes well, you may be invited for an interview with the hiring manager. This could be in-person or virtually

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
