The first step is Video recordings with ten questions and you have two minutes to prepare and record your answer. you can rerecord your answer three times. If selected, prepare a case and present it for 30 minutes and 30 minutes of behavioral questions.

First I was invited to complete a hirevue. After that, I had a Superday in which there were 2 interviews. Each of those had 1 MD and an associate. First interview was a case study and the second was behavioural questions.
