1. applied online: submit resume to their website
2. Digital interview: very nervous when I was doing it as you have to talk to the camera. A lot of behavioral questions asked.
3. Online assessment: pretty easy, but you need to focus and followed the instruction. About 45 mins - 1 hour or so.
4. Phone interview: went through resumes, asked when you left certain jobs; why work for BMO; have you lived in other countries for more than xxx months etc.. Pretty easy. Like 15 mins.
4. Face to face interview: it's like a combination of Digital interview and phone interview. Asked your background (education and work); ask behavioural questions

I got my phone interview last week, and about three days later, I got the face to face interview.
The experience is good and HR was very thoughtful. Be passionate when doing the interview.
