I was messaged by the recruiter asking for a phone interview. She then conducted the phone interview the next day. The interview was about 15 mins long. This was then followed by an in-person interview by the assistant branch manager a couple days later, which was also about 15 mins long.

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
