BLM Law interview questions

First interview was a 2hr long discussion about nothing in particular. Second interview was Mainly just a discussion about my work history followed by the interviewer pressuring me into revealing what my current salary was so that they could low-ball me.

Two partners were in attendance. Took about 30 minutes in total. Pretty standard questions. They came across as quite professional and serious. They asked if you had any questions at the end of the interview. Unfortunately I didn’t get the offer because I seem a little over-qualified for the paralegal role.
