3 steps: one first videocall to basically explain your CV, then an in-presence interview, where more technical explanation of the job are discussed, some logic questionnaries and psychological attitude question are proposed. finally a meeting where the offer is proposed.
Unfortunately, they based the entire selection process on a "draw a tree" question apparently, and it seemed to me that if you do not show as THE perfect candidate, you are not selected.
Overall my experience was ok, and feedbacks were good and fully explained, however they do not go beyond the first impression and do not evaluate well the honesty of a candidate.
