I was asked to fill out an app, and was taken into a conference room to sit with the HR manager and Director where I was asked about my experience, my likes and dislikes, my strengths, my preferences and what would make for a positive work relationship for me with their company. It was a very professional yet laid back experience and I would like to say it was warm and welcoming, yet I was able to decipher clear lines of professional boundary.
