I submitted my resume via email through their website. The partner responded to my application and invited me for an interview in their office. Once the initial interview was done, I was informed that they will notify me if there was a second interview. Then I was shortlisted and was invited for the second interview. Another partner interviewed me and welcomed me to the team.
