Usually you will have an initial interview with the HR recruiter for screening. The second interview will be with the shift supervisor and another supervisor for backup.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Most of the questions supervisors are allowed to ask are canned questions, given to them by HR. These are standard: "What is your greatest weakness?", "Name a situation where you made a mistake, and what did you do to correct it?", "Tell us about a time you had difficulty dealing with a coworker, and how did you resolve it?", and, of course, "How do you feel about diversity in the workplace?"
Took about a week to review my application. I had one phone interview with HR and one zoom interview with the supervisor. Hourly pay quoted to me was low in comparison to others with similar experience.
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at BJC HealthCare (Saint Louis, MO) in Mar 2015
Interview
Initial communication was consistent and reliable; First interview- talent acquisition specialist; Second interview- lab managers; offer made within two weeks; the talent acquisition specialist was extremely personable and made great efforts to keep me informed throughout the entire process.
