I had found the process to be very simple and straight forward. Quick no nonsense, laid out expectations and asked what was required. It couldn't be more simple than that.

Interview
Arrived 15 minutes early. I waited until i was acknowledged by the GM. Few minutes later the KM approached me. We sat down as he asked me general questions regarding my experience.
To the point. Fairly standard with all other restaurants, when they need people and if you're willing to work then you should be fine. Prior line cook experience is very helpful.
