Interview
Applied online then had the online tests which were pretty simple compared to other firms. The phone interview was next, it was run by a different company and was pretty hard to understand her accent. Didn't really last long, asked you typical behavioural questions (when was a time you faced an obstacle, how did you deal with anything unsafe) and why you applied with BHP. Next was the AC. It was pretty fun, everyone was really chilled. First off is an information session and then they divide you into two groups. One group would go do a case study and presentation and the other group would have their interviews and swap. The interviews were at stations and each station were based on a different theme, ex safety, management etc. At the end you had a chance to ask questions to the group. They take quite a while to get back to you.
Virtual interview with video question and answer and mind games which assess mathematical and ability, and ability to solve problems. This is followed by an online face to face interview with your prospective line leader.

Interview
hirevue interview, 5 behaviour questions, followed by 3 cognitive test puzzles. You are then graded by the NLP model and assigned scores out of 5, and placed into tiers which determine whether you are reviewed by a human and move on or are straight up binned

Friendly and patient interviewer. 15 minutes longer than expected . The signal in the mine is not very good
It's not very long, it's more about sharing experiences with each other. We have very positive interactions and feedback.
