1st interview with HR department via telephone , 2nd with project director through Skype. With HR we went trough each point of the CV and a description of th position was made and with the project director the previous working experience.
1st stage- HR ,2nd stage- Technical, 3rd stage - Salary negotation and offer letter. I got a call from recruiting agency. My profile got shortlisted by a agency through Naukri gulf.

I have 3 y diploma in civil and have more then 10 y experience in construction field.
Mostly work at site. And deal in all kind of civil work and vastly experience to dealing with labour.
