      I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at BECU

      Interview

      Very professional with clear direction and process. HR was very open in communicating the process and kept the channel transparent. The phone scree was the first step, then there was a second phone interview with the hiring manager. The last step was a set of onsite interviews (three sets of group interviews and 1:1's with two executive level.

      They looked for situational questions and the interview was conversational. Tell me how you handle difficult business customers and how do you help with prioritization? Tell me a time when you had to deal with a difficult employee, what was the situation, how dod you address it and what was the result?
