Interview
Great experience. HR with initial phone screen asked fairly general questions, but relevant in hindsight. Explained the Credit Union movement and philosophy clearly and succinctly. Hiring manager was direct and to the point with questions during both phone screens and on site interviews regarding skills and experience. HR team was also very direct and prompt in responses during process. No surprises once brought on to the team.

What factors would you consider in integrating an online channel for setting up new deposit accounts?
Not easy... very "picky" about not only job skills but also ensure that the person is the right fit culturally and includes HR, 1 on 1 and panel interviews
