BDS Analytics interview questions

Had a phone meeting with a 3rd party representative of BDSA. The phone call lasted less than 30 minutes and I was informed they had made a job posting for the Account Coordinator but did not have the actual budget to hire for this position, even though the job posting had been up for about 2-3 months. I was told they would reach out about this position regardless if they did or did not choose to move forward with hiring. I never received communication from them and they never replied to any of my emails inquiring about the position. I think it is extremely unprofessional to advertise for a job (for 2-3 months) fully knowing the company does not have the budget to hire. Complete waste of time for everyone who completed an application.

LinkedIn app, email then phone call. It was handled by a hiring manager, during the first round. next steps was a phone call with the hiring director & CEO. I need to make this 30 words, to get to anything on glass door - so that where this came from.
