Here are the most commonly searched roles for interview reports -
I had a first-round interview with HR and unfortunately it was a very poor experience. The interviewer appeared disengaged and seemed bored to be there. I was enthusiastic and made an effort to build rapport, but the dismissive tone made the interaction uncomfortable and off-putting.
Despite this, I sent a polite follow-up thank-you email (which went unanswered) and later reached out again for an update. I never received a response or any indication of the outcome. I understand the market is competitive, but basic courtesy and communication go a long way, especially for candidates who invest significant time and effort preparing for interviews. A lack of follow-up or feedback reflects poorly on the candidate experience and, frankly, on the role of HR itself.
2 stage interview, basic questions that are being asked everywhere.
After second interview they make the decision and you can negotiate salary etc.
Not a hard one to prepare for.
