Interview
The interviewers were punctual. They were pleasant throughout the interview. Thus the interview went on more comfortable and friendly. The questions were not that much tough and they also helped in answering them.
Video Interview - online usually AI marked. Make sure u practice before hand and stay calm. Look at the camera and make sure you use key phrases. Dress professionally and make sure you dont waffle even though the allocated time may be 4 minutes, you are allowed to use less if needed.
Online tests followed by a video interview with four questions. The test includes both behavioural questions (particularly ranking the order) and numerical questions. The interview mainly focuses on motivation, value and conflict.
Very relaxed, they made it as comfortable as possible for me. No extremely hard accounting related knowledge. They seemed to have a very desirable internship program. They offer mentors and even a buddy system.
