I had my interview with my department manager and one of human resource. It was in a very clam and nice office and the interview was more like a conversation. It was very easy for me to show them what I can do and what advantages I have. Of course they also asked me about my weaknesses, but while I was telling them mine, the already offered a way to make them my strenghtes as well. It was a nice 1:1 interview.
