Interview
It is very friendly process where interviewers objectively look for what the candidate could bring to the table. The panel also willingly gives additional insights while answering questions that come from the candidate.

Question 1
One of the questions asked was to describe how to calculate the MRP, basically pertaining to the various components of the MRP.
Pretty simple.
They started with many basic questions on the first round. Second round was more of the career related and third round was the final interview. Since it was for an entry level role , it was pretty chill as I can speak both English and Japanese
