Applied online. Got the first round of phone interview with HR, but got rejected after one week. Efficient and quick. Will anticipate emails during weekends. Require most related working experience in ESG.

Emails during weekends? That doesn't sound like how we work at all. If you received an automated email concluding the process however, they are on a short delay and could arrive on a weekend.
