BCIT Student Association interview questions

Met with recruiter then had several meetings with the senior leaders of the organization and members of the board of directors. I had an opportunity to attend part of a Board meeting and tour their offices and services.

The interview process is overall very organized. The questions are prepared well and leave the interviewee with lots of room to add their personal examples. Instead of having a separate interview with HR and corresponding managers, the interview is done just once with all people involved. This can be slightly overwhelming for certain people.
