BCBG Sales Associate - Stylist interview questions

Was contacted by the district manager. They were looking for strong qualified sales associates with styling backgrounds that could help bring their numbers up. I came in for an interview the next day. Its was very casual and he really liked my style and i was very excited to join the brand. After first interview there is a 1 hour on site training that is unpaid.

The interview was easy. I was given information about the job in class, I emailed the store manager and called her. She set up an interview and a few days later I was offered a position and put on the schedule.
