I applied online and was short-listed to do written assignment. It was based on work such as drifting email correspondences. After that I was scheduled for an interview with all behavioural based questions and they are given to me 24 hours before hand. I had 5 questions.

Long process, written question then do an interview in a panel group setting with usually 2-3 people. Timed for 1 hour give you the questions 24 hours before and then use STAR method
