Interview
I applied for the position and was contacted by a recruiter for a short phone interview. She asked some questions about my resume and then asked if I was available for an in-person interview with the branch manager. We scheduled that and she confirmed via email. My interview was great! It was a nice atmosphere and we talked for a long time. The job was part time and I was looking for full time, so it wasn't a match, per se, but I would definitely recommend this company for people looking for a supportive environment in which to begin a banking career.

I wasn't aware of sales goals at a bank. I am personally comfortable with selling, but if you aren't, steer clear! Being a teller is more than counting change!
3 step process very informative and easy you will get hired if you pay attention. the manager will as a certain amount of questions just listen and answer accordingly there is no wrong answer

Short and simple. There was me district and branch manager. They were very pleasant women. The interview was very straight forward. Everything was explained I had no questions left unanswered

Basic interview questions. Very laid back. Interviewed by manager and assistant manager. Lots of questions abouts sales. They have really high sales goals. Pretty simple. Don't worry about it. Be yourself and smile.
