Interviewed a few times in a month, phone and in person. One guy really struggled with English.
Each time was told afterward I didn’t have experience so couldn’t be hired. I’m not sure why I was even called in, except for them to practice interviewing.
They seem to have a lot of trouble filling these roles and it was unprofessional of them.
First-round video interview with three managers from different teams, and then the second round is asked you to do a presentation about one of the projects you have done before.

One full day with Credit Risk Manager and Credit Risk Director. Before, I had been contacted by the person who was leaving the position to be covered. It was a fit type of questions as well as some technical questions. How would you calculate the credit risk of a company.
