I was referred by a Director on the local Board to the City President. Other commercial employees were willing to meet with me and discuss the role in more detail. Even the District Retail Executive met in person with me during the interview process. It was very reassuring to receive so much support from different bank employees.

Face to face meeting with area sales manager. ASM has no clue about banking so if you know how to structure loans , do basic banking , you will get hired. This company hires everyone, but they will let 9/10 go over 12-24 months due to not hitting goals. It is almost impossible to succeed here.
