Telephone interview then an in-person interview. They called my reference contacts from previous jobs. The interview was for a specialty group in the appraisal practice as a senior analyst in valuation.

Interview was good overall, everything asked related to technical questions were authentic and have 3 rounds overall,two technical and 1 Hr round.Technical rounds were include programming skills,Data structure and language skills.
