Had one year prior experience in pediatric homecare/private duty. First, I had an interview with the recruiter. Mostly about my experience. Then, an exam with nursing questions and med math. After, an interview with one of the clinical supervisor. The interview process took one day.

The director was super nice. Asked basic questions. Took a little test that was super easy. They reviewed the answers and then got offered the job that same day by HR.

They asked my availability and also provided me with a little quiz testing basic nursing knowledge
The interview took place over the phone. It was very straightforward. The interviewer was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. If the culture of the job interview is any reflection of the culture of working for the organization, I'm sure it is a lovely place to work.
The interview had a very laid back and calm vibe. Interviewer was open to answer all questions that you have. Interviewer was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the job.
