I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BAYADA Home Health Care
Interview
The interview process was very lengthy and they took a while to hear back for moving forward in the process. There was a phone screen, a Skype interview, an online assessment test, two in person interviews and an in person timed assessment. It was difficult when weighing other job opportunities to be able to balance their long interview process time frame.

Question 1
What would you and your experiences bring to Bayada?
I applied online. I interviewed at BAYADA Home Health Care
Interview
Applied online and was asked to do a phone interview a few days later. Phone interview went really well and a few days following I was sent a few tests to do. Although salary WAS discussed during the phone interview when I started doing the tests my salary requirements came up as being an issue all of a sudden. Apparently where my salary requirements started was where this position alledgely tapped out. I was asked to hold off on the tests while it was discussed if they would be able to budge on the salary. I received a call back about 4-5 days later that they no longer wanted to move me to forward to an in person interview or to continue the tests because they wouldn't be able to offer more money and they didn't want me to take lower than I was asking. I feel like this was a huge time wasting mistake on the part of the recruiter and wind up being extremely disappointing to me.
