I applied online. I interviewed at BAT (Dubai) in Nov 2020

Interview

The interview went good but then they never give feedback at least to say if rejected or if keeping the information in the database. The interview process should include informing the candidates whether they are rejected and moving on with other candidates. Also, asking the salary without even disclosing the budget for their role is being tricky.

I attended 2 interviews and an assessment centre. It wasn't easy but all the people I met were very friendly and professional, therefore it was overall a great experience! You can tell employees are happy to work for BAT and loyal to the company. Hope to get invited again for interviews and to get the job next time!

Processo seletivo transparente, objetivo e respeitos. Feedback em cada etapa e horários de entrevista extremamente respeitados. Foram 2 testes e 2 entrevistas.
