      Trade Marketing Assistant Interview

      2 Jan 2014
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Monterrey, Nuevo León
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at BAT (Monterrey, Nuevo León) in Nov 2013

      Interview

I applied for the job one day and by the next day a HR representative was calling me to schedule the job interview that same day. I went to their offices and the HR representative who I talked to before was very welcoming. At the end of the interview she explained to me the interview process: First the HR interview, next the interview with the trade marketing representative, 5 to 6 people are selected and they need to take a test (study case), at last the one who gets the job needs to go through psychometric exams and background check.
