Interview was standard panel interview with questions designed for behavioral based and each interviewee asked questions taking turn. Questions are common you can find online for STAR. Some questions are technical some are soft skills related.

Interview
My process started with a phone screen, leading to plant interview and tour. The plant interview was panel style with a couple of experienced personnel and a HR rep. A couple of weeks will go by before you hear back about the decision. Do not forget to negotiate, negotiate they will always try to offer you a low ball offer at first.
