30 min HR interview with general questions (including logistics about moving etc). then 1 hour video chat interview with panel. More inquiries about previous experiences and anecdotal questions. In person interview was not scheduled due to Covid.

Question 1
Give an example of when you demonstrated leadership
Just 1 interview, between you and the hiring manager. It lasts 30 minutes. Had to be rescheduled a few times. Not too serious on their part. Was promised feedback and did not get any.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BASF (Columbus, OH)
Interview
BASF visited my university and personally invited me to a dinner to learn more about the company. After the dinner I applied for the internship and was selected to interview a few weeks later.
