The interview process separates into 4 sessions and it takes 3 hours to proceed. They will interview to find out your job competency - Skills, knowledge and attitude.
However, only shortlisted candidates are notified for getting an offer from BASF. There is no feedback from recruiter if you are not selected.
The whole interview process quite smooth, the process took around 45 minutes, the interviewers were nice and friendly to talk, overall experience are good. The interview feedback was received in one week
