They give me some time to think about it, and discuss the answer with me.

Did you meet any problem in your research? how do you solve it?
Interviewed on campus after a career fair. The interview was conducted in two parts, with two separate interviews. One part was behavioral with standard questions and one was technical just assessing your reasoning skills.

What is one thing you wish you could change in your past?
no return. I thought I had passed, but I didn't receive any notification.
I'm still waiting today.
Once they choose the person they want, they discard the others too easily.

tell us about yourself, your resume and motivations
There are two rounds of interview. Both were chill. The first round was more about behavioral questions，such as what is your strength， can you use three words to describe youself. Second round was with line managers, with more professional job-related questions.
