Colloquio fatto online, molto straight to the point e proattivo. La Hr era molto cordiale e positiva, il che ha reso il processo molto piacevole e confortevole nonostante poi non sia andato a buon fine.

Interview
The process of the interview was really long and not clear at all. They took 2 months to reply to my first application and, when I was offered a job position, I discovered few details that weren't discussed before. They didn't highlight that they were looking for a freelance and the salary was really far away from the one that I was expecting. I suggested them to disclosure this info in an earlier stage.

It was an interview to know more about you than just from paper. It was nice, informative and straight to the point. It’s also recorded for screening purposes I believe.
