Started talking to manager on the phone and then set up an onsite interview with the site reps. During the interview there was a telecon set up to talk to have the manager present during the technical interview. They let me know immediately that they were interested and sent an offer later that week.

The hiring manager directly contacted me to get an in person interview with the team. While the interview process was only 2 rounds, one HR interview and one on campus interview, it took over 2 months to wait for the HR department to set up the interviews and hear back.
