Applied to job, interview with panel. Skyped. The first Skype the hiring manger did not even show up. The questions were easy until towards the end when the hiring manager clearly had his mind made up and was just asking questions to nullify my candidacy toward the HR rep.

No phone interview, only 1 on 1 interviews. First was with the two hiring managers together. Was asked about previous work experience and answered some of their questions based on my resume and spoke about the position. There were no technical questions. The interview lasted maybe 20 minutes and then was sent around to 4-5 different people within the group for interviews which were essentially just conversations rather than an interview. Finally, was given the tour of the facility.
