Online application, online tests on situational strengths and numerical/verbal reasoning, phone interview (same as all other applicants I understand), line manager review; face-to-face interview.
Face-to-face interview was half competency questions (pretty standard, some quite similar to phone interview and one that I had saw on another Glassdoor post) and half technical questions (just about software engineering really).
The two interviewers were very friendly, made me feel comfortable, and the interview only lasted around an hour.
