Process consisted of two steps. First, a screening interview with a current OLDP at the company. Then, an onsite interview day with tours, multiple panel interviews, group competition, and a presentation.

Total of 2 rounds of interviews. One online and the other in person. Round 1 was 2 people in the OLDP, one recently joining it and the other almost finished with it. I didn't make round 2.
