I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at BAE Systems (Glascoed, Wales) in Jan 2016
Interview
Seemed professional enough in the early stages and at the actual interview. However, their professionalism didn't extend to taking the trouble to inform me of the outcome. After a few weeks I sent a polite chaser email to ask if there had been a decision. No reply. I then sent a further mail specifically to those individuals who contacted me as part of the process. No reply. I never heard back from anyone. I'm now glad I didn't hear; if a company don't behave professionally during recruitment, they won't be any better as employers.

Interview
V professional and structured, friendly with competency based questions around my skill set. The process felt quite one sided though with all questions directed at me and not much scope for me to get a real feel for the role.

Interview
Two stage video interview with different members of the team. Technical and experience based questions. Inviting interviewers and the longest part was waiting for security clearance. Onboarding takes a while

Interview
Easy and user friendly hiring and interview process! Online interview only at the time but think they may have moved away from it now. Brilliant company!
A lot was online at the time which made it a little more difficult but nevertheless, you were made to feel welcome throughout the whole process!
