Entered all normal details. Answered questions and games based assessment. Needed to record answers to the questions with video, had three attempts but a time limit. Was relatively simple, standard questions.

Did not hear back prior to interview stage, nor rejection email. Poor communication. They use psychometric tests like other places which seems a little pointless and time consuming. Would be great to actually tell applicants their result rather than just nothing.
