I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at BAE Systems in Mar 2021
Interview
Quite a few stages which ranged from fairly easy to quite challenging.
Stage 1 - application form
Stage 2 - aptitude tests such as numerical and verbal reasoning etc
Stage 3 - recorded video interview where you record yourself answering a few questions (hirevue)
Stage 4 - 'Live' interview which was over the phone due to covid
Stage 5 - offer if successful
Technical questions were more conversational where you would work through your thinking with the interviewer, advice would be say everything you're thinking out loud so that they can see your thought process etc.
Did not hear back prior to interview stage, nor rejection email. Poor communication. They use psychometric tests like other places which seems a little pointless and time consuming. Would be great to actually tell applicants their result rather than just nothing.

Question 1
Tell us a time you worked on a project where complications arose and what you did to keep the project on track
I applied online. I interviewed at BAE Systems (Rochester, South East England, England) in Jan 2026
Interview
Overall interview was good. Started the interview with behavioural questions "Tell me about a time when..." and ended it with a technical question. The technical question was tricky and its obvious they were looking for a specific answer.

Tell me about a time you worked together as a team
Applied in april and got a screening call in August randomly. No updates/status was given between that period. Then had an interview. Interview was easy and went well. Got ghosted after that.
