A panel of 3 senior staff interviewed, two of whom were Saudi. The interview was conducted in the Riyadh Aceademy and took about 30 minutes I was offered the post on the spot at the end of the interview. It took 2 months for all clearances to be completed to then return to KSA to start work after a brief 2-day UK induction
