Upon selection of your resume as a potential candidate, you are asked to complete 3 online tests: strengths, verbal and numerical reasoning. The strengths questions were similar to the ones that are possible to find online on websites like Jobmi.

Question 1
The most challenging part was definitively the assessment of the individual strengths. It is difficult to guess what they are looking for in a candidate (i.e., more team-oriented, more leadership-oriented).
