Interview
The first stage was with my potential direct manager. There was a ~15 minute call followed by an onsite interview a few days later. After the 1:1 with the direct manager there was a 1:1 with the department VP followed by a 1:1 with the Owner and President. The offer was presented in a 1:1 meeting with the direct manager.
