Azura Memory Care interview questions

It was a quick process very normal questions being asked. A few hiccups while interviewing in person due to residents needing assistance which was perfectly ok with me. They were quick to respond initially as well.

The application process is fairly typical and took them less than one week to initially reach out to me for a phone interview. From there, I had a zoom interview with a regional director and after that an in person interview with another regional director. After that, I was invited to shadow in one of the facilities for a few hours.
