Applied for content creation role for toronto ale brewing co (100% funded by azim capital) published on indeed. Interviewer asked to create lot of on the spot creative scenarios. Rapid fire answers to witty questions. Simple advise guys be real. I did not like being judged. Lots of behavioral based questions.

Applied online. Whole process took one and half month. Phone interview for one hour then two in person interview followed by background check. Be ready to answer behavioral type questions. They will ask you to walk through your entire resume and work history.
