As others have mentioned it appears no one over the age of 30 works here and I don’t see any diversity in the staff. I find it bizarre that they rely on a personality test and not a person’s experience and credentials. Interviews are overly brief and casual with no real discussion of any substance. It also appears others have been ghosted and misled as I have. I don’t anticipate more that a cookie cuter copy paste response to this, if anything at all. I will be pursuing other options as I have many.
