Axis Global interview questions

Walked in and had to fill out information like name, phone number, and email. Was escorted into a small room with one other person. Was not communicated until was being escorted to the room that it was a group interview. Went through the spiel, gave some information about myself. Then they explained that no matter what you applied for you start from the bottom and work your way up. You will be stationed at a store close to your house, so don’t worry about the commute. Do not recommend this company as they are not transparent with pay or the actual model of their company.
